Om oss bakom Soun och idén med prenumeration på strumpor
Simone Porseryd är grundare och VD för Soun. Hanne Malmsten är Head of E-commerce och partner, och de båda träffades när de arbetade tillsammans på Filippa K. Simone kom på idén till Soun redan 2019 utvecklade bolaget under sin mammaledighet med en framgångsrik crowdfunding kampanj i augusti 2020. Våren 2021 provtrycktes Soun med en beta-version tillsammans med  pilotkunder som hjälpte till att bygga och göra företaget redo för lansering hösten 2021. 

Filosofin bakom Soun är enkel - att göra det enkelt att agera mer hållbart genom att förenkla konsumtionen av bättre strumpor med prenumerationsservice och hemleverans. Slutmålet är att göra de viktigaste, men tyvärr sämst miljöanpassade, basplaggen cirkulära. Den resan börjar med att göra riktigt bra strumpor, av högkvalitetsmaterial, med en etisk produktion, stor omtanke om planeten, djur och människor genom hela produktions och leveranskedjan. 

ps. We only ship within Sweden at the moment, but as so many Swedes today don't have Swedish as their mother tongue, we write a lot in English in our communication. Here's an English version for all of you, who might not speak, read or dream fluently in the Swedish language, but belong here in this country just as much as everyone else <3 

The philosophy behind Soun is simple - to make it easier to be sustainable with home delivery and subscription services. The end goal is to make the most essential (and worst, and most boring) basics less harmful. The journey begins with making really good socks, of high quality materials, an ethical production process, and great concern for the planet, animals and all humans throughout the supply chain.

About us

Simone Porseryd is the founder & CEO. Hanne Malmsten is Head of E-commerce and partner, and the two met while working at Filippa K. Simone came up with the idea of Soun back in 2019 and developed the business during her maternity leave with a successful crowdfunding campaign in Autumn 2020. Spring 2021 was a trial and error period together with a group of  pilot customers, who helped build and get the business ready for launch in Autumn 2021.
